Medical Device Electrical Engineer Job Description:

One of the leading and largest manufacturing companies in the Bay Area is looking for an electrical engineer to join their team. This company manufactures spinal and orthopedic trauma surgery tables to some of the largest hospitals in the area.

The ideal candidate will have 6 years of direct hands on circuit design experience and 3 years of C-programming experience. This person must also have fluency with a schematic capture program like CAD.

Job Duties Include:

- designing electrical and electronic systems involving embedded controllers
- digital to analog circuit design
- DC power supplies
- C-programming
- focus will be on new and evolutionary product development integrating latest manufacturing technology and regulatory compliance.
- defining system architecture, detailed circuit design and manufacturing implementation.

Job Requirements Include:

- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
- 6+ years hands on circuit design experience
- 3+ years C-programming experience
- fluency with a schematic capture program, like CAD.
- project management experience
- FDA medical device experience
