Licensed Land Surveyor
Civil Engineering firm in San Jose is looking for Licensed Land Surveyor.
Job duties involve management of Survey Department. Work load includes supervision of survey crews; map preparation; scope of work development; budgeting and scheduling; client interaction and business development.
Ideal candidate will have 7+ years Survey experience and Professional Registration preferably in California. Prior project management experience needed. Thorough understanding of the overall map preparation process and of surveying procedures, legal descriptions, and Subdivision Map Act necessary.
Understanding of California and Bay Area County specific regulations and laws desired.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
