Software Engineer Job Description:

AEROTEK seeks an experienced Software Developer to port our clients applications from hybrid UNIX/Windows-based to a native Windows-based application over a period of approximately six months.

Specific tasks include porting system identification software, to a native Windows-based application by converting all UNIX system dependent components (UNIX system calls, UNIX shell scripts, etc.) to their native Windows equivalent.

Required Skills for Software Engineer Job:

• PORTING SOFTWARE FROM UNIX/LINUX TO WINDOWS
• C/KORN SHELL SCRIPTING
• CLEARCASE
