Sr. Electronics R&D Technician
Our client, a growing medical device company in the bay area is looking for a Sr. Electronics R&D Technician to help in the design and development of a an amazing medical product.
This Sr. Electronics R&D Technician will be responsible for product development, designing, and building test fixtures, electrical assembly, troubleshooting circuit boards down to the component level. This person will be working with engineers with verification and testing prototypes according to protocols. This Sr. Electronics R&D Technician must have a strong background in electronics. Responsibilities also include developing and writing protocols, procedures and reports.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of electronics experience in an R&D environment. Medical Device experience is definitely preferred. This candidates must have experience using DMMs, and oscilloscopes, reading schematics and engineering drawings.
