Engineering Project Manager (Airports)
Project Manager – Airports - Tampa
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate shall have a BSCE with P.E. registration, 5-10 years minimum experience in airport engineering.
Candidate should be well-versed in airport development, know FAA Advisory Circulars and be familiar with FAA technical specifications. He/she must also have experience in preparing contract documents and engineer's estimate of probable costs, managing public bids including addenda, pre bid meetings and bid evaluation, ability to coordinate and manage projects having multiple subconsultants with varying disciplines, experience in directing technical staff, experience with site and building permitting, and able to manage multiple assignments.
The ability to work with minimum supervision on project tasks and a working knowledge of MS Word, MS Project, Outlook, Excel, AutoCAD, Land Development Desktop and accepted stormwater software is preferred.
