Summary:
The Electrical Engineer Quality Technician is responsible for coordinating and managing laboratory experiments, experimental design and laboratory equipment required for quality inspections, non-conforming material inspections, new product development and sustaining engineering. This role requires experience in experimental design and processes, test equipment and documentation proceses in compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA QSR for medical devices.
Responsibilities:
¿ Develop and assemble test fixture and test equipment as required
¿ Assemble electromechanical devices required for testing
¿ Maintain and monitor laboratory assests to ensure function and calibration
¿ Procurement of laboratory needs
¿ Document test data, conduct analysis as directed and write summary reports
¿ Verify test procedures are in compliance with the test procedure and SOPs
¿ Communicate with outside resources and suppliers on failure investigation results and test data
¿ Conduct failure investigations on product failures and NCMRs
¿ Provide routine communications and management updates on progress
¿ Write procedures for quality control programs
¿ Write standardized test procedures
¿ Investigation and interpret specifications for department needs for equipment and components
¿ Particpate and provide technical support in design reviews
