Embedded Software Engineer Job Description:

Job Description:
Our client is currently in need of an experienced Software Engineer with full life cycle development experience. Candidate will be developing embedded flight control software and performing requirement based testing.This is a 6 month open-ended contract, with high potential of extending way beyond the initial 6 months.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering)
- Knowledge of embedded C programming
- Software testing/verification experience
- VxWorks
- Real-time OS
- Aerospace/avionics/defense background is required
- Knowledge of ARINC 429 is a major plus
- Driver experience is a major plus
