PLC Designer Job Description:

-A bachelors in electrical engineering
-Experience with HMI’s
-Experience with Machine Safety requirements, equipment Safety, or Curtain safety.
This individual will be working with a team of staff engineers. They will be responsible for the design modifications, installations, and troubleshooting of 15 to 18 machines. They will be designing with Auto Cad 2008 electrical on a daily basis. They will be designing PLC’s, Motor Controls, HMI’s, Control Panels, and other machine components. They will also be using ladder logix on a daily basis. They will also be responsible for doing the installation, setup, and trouble shooting of the machines they are designing.
