Air Force Real Property Manager Job Description:

Aerotek's client is seeking qualified candidates for their opening in Crystal City, VA. The qualified candidate will posses the following skill sets along with ability to obtain a DoD issued security clearance at the Secret level.

Provide specific knowledge and project management experience. Headquarters Air Force (AF) position, as the Civil Engineering real property accountability expert. Manage, organize, and administer AF real property accountability systems. Plan, develop, and execute, AF real property accountability policies, procedures, and reporting. Monitor effectiveness of AF real property systems; initiate enhancements to meet emerging requirements. Initiate, develop, manage and conduct training to increase real property accountability skills across the AF. AF representative to federal, DoD and AF councils and committees. Coordinate real property across DoD. Translate initiatives into requirements, actions and rules.

Bachelors degree in a related field and 5 years related experience. Installation-level real property experience required; Major Command real property experience desired. Air Force real property experience (or at least DoD experience) preferred. MAJCOM or Air Staff experience is desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) is required.

This is not a real estate position, residential sales agent will not qualify.
